The College of Design & Arts is a four-year course, consisting of the School of Design Convergence and the School of Film & Animation. The College of Design & Arts sets a goal of cultivating creative and responsible experts who are future-oriented and positive thinking, based on the technical education that considers the individual aptitude and capabilities through realistic education and  industrial-educational cooperation.

Students who have been admitted to College of Liberal Studies - Hongik University Sejong Campus(Natural Science & Humanities/Humanities & Arts track) may choose to major in Design Convergence or Film & Animation (but students must fulfill entry requirements of the desired department.

Graduate School

The Department of Communication Design, The Department of Design Innovation & Technology, The Department of Film & Animation are in The Arts & Design course at in the general graduate school. The general graduate school develops self-directed learning ability, which can contribute to academic development with endless research spirit, cultivates expertise with insight into social change based on the evaluation and creativeness of traditional knowledge. We cultivate the knowledge and nature which contribute to the development of the nation and human society.

The Graduate School of Cultural Information & Public Policy consists of the Advertising Design program and the Animation program.
The Graduate School of Culture, Information and Public Policy researches the theories and practical affairs of up-to-date industry technology, design, and management-advertisement communication as we meet the era of scientific technology with high-speed development, setting a goal of cultivating the highly qualified expertise required for advanced industrialized information society.
