Company Introduce

Kim Jiyoon Studio has developed based on Portfolio site which has been opereated by Jiyoon Kim since 2009. With Communication Centric Contextual Design which is the design methodology of Jiyoon Kim who experienced the manufacturing industry and advertisement industry, after the team of young and talented designers organized, the studio was officially founded as the design consulting service company with office in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, Republic of Korea, in June 2018.

Kim Jiyoon Studio has a principle of operation with a few people. The studio’s philosophy is, proceeding with a small number of projects concentrically is more rightful and meaningful than making a profit by proceeding a lot of projects. The team members have proceeded various cross-disciplinary projects such as Product Design, Furniture Design, Brand Development, and Installation Design, etc. Moreover, they share each other’s experience and idea, make the future of the studio with their keen consideration of design methodology.
