FingerSurfing

Yeji Gwon, Seojung Moon

“FingerSurfing” is an interactive sound-visual installation that people can play music by stirring the water with their fingers like surfing on water. Nine visual sound spots visualize the sound interactively as they are projected on the surface of a water tank. As the finger surfs through the water, the colorful effect of spreading paint appears along with the finger as a projection mapping.  This project creates a playful experience of being immersed in the colorful visual effects with the tangible feeling of water movement.
